• We provide services at an hourly rate as well as offer discounts for longer term or large projects. Save money on employee taxes and employee down time by hiring your own virtual assistant.

    The Standard  Admin Hourly Rate is $40* an hour. Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments with a minimum of 1 hour on all services performed per weekly billing cycle. *See below for discounts on the hourly rate*

    Consulting Services are $80 an hour.  This includes direct phone consults, admin training, marketing system design and office system reviews.

    Website Design and Revisions Services are $80 an hour.  This includes website site design, website edits, page additions and more. One hour of website edits can cover many revisions and pages.

    Projects to include websites and logo design: If you're interested in obtaining a flat fee quote for your large projects including time and materials we would be happy to provide a customized quote to fit your needs. A 50% deposit is required prior to start of the project with the balance due at completion.

    Social Media Management Clients: Social Media Management clients will be provided the services offered in their Bronze, Silver or Gold Plans. Any services above or beyond that package must be requested by the client via email and will be billed at the rates listed above in addition to their monthly plan. It is client's responsibility to request additional services. Office Help Center will not up sell or offer additional consultation unless requested.

    Retainer Plan: Do you like the piece of mind of knowing we will be there for you when you need us? Then the retainer plan is a great fit for you. The retainer plan is a monthly service with a set number of contracted hours. Clients who sign up for the retainer plan receive a discount on their contacted hourly rate.

    5 or more hours of service per month- save 2% off the standard hourly rate*
    10 or more hours of service per month- save 5% off standard hourly rate*
    20 or more hours of service per month- save 8% off standard hourly rate*
    40 or more hours of service per month - save 10% off standard hourly rate*

    *To receive the discounts listed above you must have a retainer planned signed with Office Help Center

    Retainer plans are billed at the beginning of the month for which the hours will be worked. Unused retainer hours do not roll over to the next month.

    Additional Charges and Information:
    Project specific supplies will be billed at cost plus 5%. Mileage will be billed at 40 cents per mile. Project expenses over $25 per project will be submitted for client approval in advance.

    Billing: Clients are billed on a monthly basis by electronic invoices paid via Pay Pal. Clients taking advantage of the monthly retainer programs will be billed based upon their hour commitment at the beginning of the month. Should the number of hours needed surpass the number of hours set in the retainer agreement those hours will be billed on the weekly cycle and must be directly requested by the client. Project based tasks are billed as completed.

    Late Payment Policies:
    Invoices not reconciled within 30 days will incur a 5% late payment fee
    Invoices not reconciled within 60 days will incur a 10% late payment fee
    Invoices not reconciled with 90 days will be handled on a case by case basis and potentially turned over to a collections service
